Welcome to our Wiki. We will use this site to post game footage as best we can and put up some statistical information to be shared around our team. This is private. It is meant for our team and for us to improve and get better. Everything is meant for us to get better. Accept constructive criticism, look at where some of your strengths and weaknesses are, and grow. None of us are perfect, we can all improve.

Each game will have its own link. Open up the link and find the video footage and some comments. Comments are to be made for team building and improvement only. There is no trash talk or harshly criticizing other players.

The home page will contain the Value Point System that is a statistical breakdown of player contribution. It is a ratio of good stats to bad stats. Obviously, the goal is to have a high score, and be over one. Anything less than one would mean you had more negative stats than positive stats. Google it if you want information. The highest in NBA history was Magic Johnson. Michael Jordan was #14. It is data, not a rule of thumb. There are no quantifiable ways to measure composure under certain times of the game, getting us set up right on offense, communication on offense and defense, number of layups you allowed/disallowed because you let someone get by you, guarding the ball and your man appropriately, and other intangibles it takes to win ball games. This is something to look at to show ways you can improve and contribute more positively, and help us coaches determine who should be playing more, and who should be playing less.
